We mastered ADU design that truly maximizes what the code allows for each property, from front-yard ADUs to creative site planning solutions. On one recent Los Angeles project, we successfully added a second primary single-family home plus two ADUs on a lot with an existing home; quadrupling livable space while staying fully compliant with local regulations.
